HATHA & FLOW
While they both work, even though in different ways, on our nervous systemand breath, Hatha is a much more dynamic style compared to YinUsing repetitive, faster movements, we work on our elastic tissues, the muscles, rather than on the plastic ones.
Each pose is held for -approximately- a minute, developing strengh and stability. The apex of dinamism is found in Hatha Flow, a sequence of asanas that can very much remind of a dance where every breath sees a different move.
These styles are perfect in the morning to wake up the muscles and our whole body starting the day with the right energy. In the evening they're wonderful to sweat away the stress of day, to get some movement if you've been sitting all day, or to end the day dedicating a full hour to yourself.
